Processing and Dispatch 

It might take within to 3-5 business days from the moment you placed the order.

Delivery/Shipping rules 

You will wait up to 2-10 business days, depending on the area you live in Australia. (for a flat rate shipping), orders over $100 will received free standard shipping.

Please take note: Delivery times might vary, if you placed your order after 5pm, weekends or public holidays. The orders will be processed on the next business day.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Lustre's not responsible for incorrect information shipping details, damages, losses and mishandled parcels once it's been delivered.
